TEKKA Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
  • Change of Mind / Wrong Purchase: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photograph of the issue.

Perishable Goods or Food-Grade Items: Due to hygiene and safety, returns are not accepted unless the product arrived damaged or defective.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide the order number, product name, date of delivery, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  • Our team will review and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how to ship the product back to:

  1. Return Shipping
  • For approved returns (e.g., damaged/defective items), Tekka will cover return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to customer convenience, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise.                                                                                                                                    
  1. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.

 

  1. Exchanges
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please process the return first, then place a new order for your preferred item.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used products unless proven defective
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., Rose Water, Keora Water, food-grade essences) unless damaged
  • Sale or clearance products, unless faulty

 

  1. Void Returns

     Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product was received more than 7 days before the request.
  • The item is opened, used, or missing labels/seals, and is not defective.
